Timba Jazz Fusión

Kontimba (2020) was the first release by Gregori Hollis as a composer, arranger, and trumpeter.

This project is a 14-piece ensemble, founded and led by Hollis, which serves as a means of expression to explore and develop the fusion between timba—a branch of Afro-Cuban music that has fascinated Hollis since his youth—and genres deeply rooted in his artistic training and vision, such as jazz and modern music.
